But in utou case, after the mating happened they didn't have sex, and determined enough to replace "the alpha" inside utou, and this is why... I still have bad feelings and there is possibility that they cannot be together.

From what I read in another manga, the bond would only disappear if the alfa die. But unfortunately, it does not seem like it's going to be the case.
Actually I read in another omegaverse story, that when a bitten omega loses it's alpha (death) it does NOT become a free omega again, they are stuck with that mark forever and ever until they also pass onto the after life. I think omegaverse is surposed to be romantic in a way
