I mean tbh those are neurological issues as well and shouldn't only be viewed as a negative thing. He could very much have those conditions but he amoungst many people can still have a normal life with it.
The symptoms he was displaying were connected to sociopathy, but that doesn't mean he will kill people that's just a harmful stereotype.
Hmm I don't really remember him dealing with any sensory issues doe so idk if autism alone is the direct cause of his slow empathy.
