Soowon's dad was the bos at the furniture company and Seokjo's dad was the designer. That "your father 'cheated' on us" statement from him is because he woke up to the two said adults having a heated argument outside of his room.
He might have heard what the argument was about, or he might have not at all. But whatever the argument was about, he thinks that his dad killed himself is because of Soowon's dad fault for arguing with his father.
So what I think happened is that Soowon's dad as the bos of the company probably scammed Seokjo's dad. Or stole his patent designs and claimed as his own Or something worse.

I guess I just don't find these kind of stories that interesting. The characters weren't very likable or compelling, the violence was violence and and the story was fine I guess.

I trudged through twenty chapters of totally contrived cliches... the only novel part of this manga is the omegaverse bits. Skipped around a bit just to see if SOMETHING unique and interesting would happen. Over 80 chapters for something that could be done in 8. Sorry, this has no substance except all the worst tropes of the genre strung together in an the longest way possible.

Plot is super weak but this is hilarious. Very down to earth uke, he's like the opposite of the typical cutesy/pretty type so that was really refreshing
