Im pretty sure it was a manga, but it was a story about how the Mc, whos Japanese meets this Korean guy for some reason somewhere. I think the Korean guy has long hair? It reminds me of 'mother's spirit' but the similarity ends there, other than the fact I think the Korean guy went back to korea(??)

It is NOT. Once again, I repeat N.O.T. A manhwa where the Mc is korean, some kid notices him and calls him papa or whatv and the kids dad is a mafia guy with a really really ugly tattoo on his leg/arm.
I'm really sad I can't think of anything else to pin down what story I'm really talking about, but if anyone actually finds it, thank you so so much. It's been rotting at the corner at my mind for a while now and I dont have an explanation for why. T_T
