After reading the author's note I feel a bit grossed out and offended. I'm gay myself and I kinda close my eyes a lot on some of the ideas that may show up in BL just to be able to enjoy it on a very basic level, since reading manga has become somewhat of a habit to me. But getting to read such harmful ideas coming directly from the author and explaining things that to uneducated people might help make sense of the story and thus being ideas they will keep carrying with them, continuously thinking of those who are gay as sad people who will never truly be able to achieve happiness and will always be lesser than straight people. Sorry for my rant but I needed to get these thoughts out of my head.

Tbh I never read the author notes, except from a few I admire. Your comment made me go back to read and you're absolutely right. I, too, overlook a lot for the sake of enjoying yaoi, but whenever there's harmful ideas for the community, as said by authors in specific details and with strong conviction as this one, I find it gross and so wrong. #-.-)

Controlling mom not giving son phone she can call him on at every time and track gps of I call bullshit lol

Well many parents do believe that smartphone does more harm than good to their kids.. some at least give their kids normal phones with not much features just to stay connected.. but yes there are parenting who refuse to give their kids smartphones or phones at all bc apparently you can get addicted to chatting as well.. This is such a tiresome trope in my book. Minjae is not comfortable with Choi's advances and have been warned by Woochan to stay away. Woochan was even acting really strange about it so Minjae should understand the severity of the situation. If he doesn't decline he's got the cognitive abilty of a seven year old ( ̄へ ̄)

No Minjae isn’t a mind reader he just thinks Woochan is jealous because he knows Mr.Choi has feelings for him. Woochan should have told him everything that transpired, being drugged their past live just everything. They swap bodies so living thousands of years ago in love shouldn’t be to hard to believe
sexuality doesn't work like that ლ(TДTლ)
Isn't it just the usual trope of a gay man not realising he was gay at first? That's why he switched over once he had a homosexual experience. And then the other guy seems more demi or something.
Maybe more like he was a bisexual in denial that realized after dating a man that he has a preference to men? It could be possible. Some people don’t realize their sexuality until later in life.
