I love a good slowburn, and I also love fake dating trope, it's gotta be one of my fav setting; and I am enjoying this series too, but nothing gives me ick while reading romance than return of ex, and here we have two of them in recurring roles which is pissing me off so bad, I can handle main leads going around circles, pinning, stupid misunderstandings too but I can't stand these exes coming back again n again n messing up tempo btwn main leads. ig I'll just let this season marinate.

i can tolerate his mother bc atleast she's a cunning woman up front, but dear prince who have been served everything on platter without much effort, for the first time didn't get the one girl who was "different" from others, not only did the said girl rejected him, his own mother who spoiled him rotten also didn't approve of his friendship w her, his feelings might've been genuine very beginning but now all he wants is to posses her. he's a perfect shadow of his mother it's astonishing how he himself denied it for so long!
