I guess it all started when That creepy ass shiny whale told her that her singing can be a filter to form mana from the air and make the atmosphere more pure or smn IDK, but it has something to do with gaining power against the temple who is the... enemy? I think because they likely had a big role in destroying her family in the bast life.
And again that creepy whale told her that this specific place ( the one she bought) will soon be a great source for mana in the future ( in the bast the temple found it and built a church there as a disguise to dig the mana) , so she took that place before the temple could know it and in the future she can make it her concert stadium or smn lmoa to sing freely and be able to convert as much mana as possible without anyone knowing and at the same time she would be so much popular and on the spotlight, that way it can be hard for the temple to take it away from her in the future when they detect the mana, and also they won't be able to hurt her or her family without facing the rage of the public specially her fans, and the last thing the temple would want is losing their reputation .
