Why does empress labeled as evil? She is an empress and a wife and if someone seducing your husband and also people labelling you as jealous and wicked woman just because you are hating on a homewrecker, I can't really blame her for the hate she has for the fairy mamma and her son. It feels odd that lot of manhwa paint this kind of tragic empress has a villain when they themselves her victim of infidelity.
I know it is not good to blame and hurt a child because of their parents action but hatred and jealousy are the worst and easy thing a person can have and I am not saying they are fully innocent person but painting them as villain and wicked for someone elses affair and never addressing them properly ick me a lot.

And I am not saying she is not evil, she is evil and she do wrong things using her family but in this kind of situation authors glorify cheating and infidelity and never address the issues. I see lot of rofan's plots where MC supports illegitimate child who is probably ML and the empress hunting down the ML out of jealousy and scared that her children gonna be thrown out of their rightful position. I mean their jealousy and wanting to their children to have the best thing labeled as evil feels so wrong.

When they 1st brought it up they did say "it wasn't forbidden tragic love, it was just an affair" but later on it does explain that she was also a victim and if anything paints the ML's mom as the villain (coz she was one haha)
I get wanting to protect her kids' legacy, but hurting an innocent child is wrong no matter what
But yea, she's both a villain and a victim but the story just hasn't gotten to that point yet (I was also bothered by the glorifying affairs thing, which is why I looked up spoilers haha)
