I find it weird that the people who complain about this for the incest find cherry blossoms after winter ok. Ik that they’re very different stories and people don’t just complain about this story for only those reasons but I still see people use that as a big reason, but the pseudo incest in cbaw is way worse considering they lived with each other since I think 7 yrs old? And this story I think they met at 15-16. I just feel like shonen ai or whatever you wanna call it gets put on a pedestal too much. (Also I love Cherry blossoms after winter no hate to that story lol) just to clarify I KNOW that it’s not the only thing people think is wrong with this story. Its definitely NOT PERFECT. I just wanted to point out the weird “double standard”? :P when talking about stepbrother relationships you should keep the attitude about this the same as you would for something like cbaw but instead I see ppl see one as perfectly fine/ok and the other as disgusting and weird. Another clarification: is that I’m not comparing the stories in general they’re both very different, just the stepbrother relationship aspect :)

Ok so I reread this since the new season came out and I realized how shitty jaehyuk is…after just reading as the chapters came out I ended up forgetting a lot of the reasons we hated him ngl. Like that he had sex with him while he was ASLEEP tied him up against his will and constantly pressured him into having sex. I only ever remembered him being homophobic and pushy.(which he also is) the seriousness of his actions are always shooed away by the comedic tone of the story though
one thing that I like about jaehyuk though is that he’s just a bad person like it’s not explained away by trauma(yet) he’s just a prick -_-
I still find it fun to read though..when he’s not committing crimes

Yeah, I’m in the middle of reading this right now and I was thinking the exact same things. Seme is huge red flag, he always apologizes super late and most of the problems of the current(where I’m at) are because he is too homophobic to think he could be attracted to uke. Also he’s kinda pushy about sex, even when uke is like NO! She still pushes. After their fight, seme also tries to manwhore his worries away about uke with other girls, he fails but if it worked, we might be seeing a different path of how they get together. ( ̄へ ̄)

Ok so ive read a little bit of suicide boy and i liked the edgy vibe it gave so i came to look at their other works, and why does their art look like it backtracked.. like it looks worse to me in this work. Im not here to bash on anyone lol the story is a whole other box im not touching bc i havent even read it just looked through the album. Maybe im just turned off by the coloring

Author ended suicide boy bcs he wants to make something like this same concept but different backstory suicide boy restricted by genre, not bl. that’s why. I feel like the suicide boy ending was rushed and unsatisfying. The color well yes I guess he disliked coloring and might have some health problem (said recent notice)
It’s fun tho. They’re so pathetically chaotic unserious horny school boys also each chapters getting better (worst lol)ヾ(☆▽☆)
Foxes are omnivores too? Probably more omnivorous than dogs why is he afraid of him lmao ig he’s still a small dog. I’ve only read up to chapter ten tho maybe it gets brought up. I mean if being a carnivore is one of the biggest conflicts in the story why make the scary “carnivore” an fox smh but ig it doesn’t really matter tho
True, they are both omnivores, BUT very small dogs can potentially fall prey to a fox too.
But then again, small dogs often compensate with attitude. So TECHNICALLY his attitude should be even bossier than that of a wolf or cat. So I'm not quite sure why he lied. (Shouldn't other species members also be able to TELL he's not what he claims if this is about pheromones and subspecies and so on?)
Another issue I see is the natural behavior. Dogs and wolves have vastly different behaviors, technically that should also make it a dumb idea to lie about the subspecies.
I guess the author just half-assedly threw reasons together to somehow make it work. But I think it would have been better to just NOT go into detail and make a big deal out of it.
It gets brought up in the hotel scene episode. He says foxes are omnivores too but are just classified as carnivores (likely due to pheromone differences from what I udnerstood)
