and correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t Will a beta? or perhaps he’s hiding it? maybe that might explain why there was no resistance on Daath’s side, but in case Will is an alpha then it’s still a misunderstanding because omegas only reject alphas when it comes to sexual intercourse; as for the topic of touch the only rejection that happens is them shuddering or being uncomfortable in general...
But remember that when the priest on volume one tried to rape him, Daath had a strong rejection: he kept on vomiting while happening.
I think what Will wants to prove is that if Daath feelings for Juda are beyond their soul bond, then even if he develops feelings for Will he would still CHOOSE Juda. That stronger feelings would prevail over bonds. So i do think that Daath coul develop feelings for Will and they might even attempt to have sex to prove it. Hasumi has a way of doing manga this way. They will give us more angst even if we know the ending of this story. I mean we all know that they are happy with the twins, but we've seen a lot of hardships between the two. So, it wouldn't be weird if this were the case also now.

This is such a good explanation! Since Will is a beta, Daath’s body wouldn’t technically reject him. It will solely depend on Daath’s feelings beyond the bond, like you said.
