
I agree that this is dehumanization but it doesn't make the story bad or terrible, it's not romanticizng the dehumanization like some yaois do to rape scenes so i don't understand some of the hate but it's understandable why people would be uncomfortable with this. I think the dehumanization is just to show add more tragic elements and if we had the technology to make this type of thing I wouldn't be surprised if it were to become reality. Btw this is coming from someone who looked at all the raws, so yea i do get a gist of what happens.

The author is not romanticizing dehumanization as Ose said - it's used to raise questions about 'are such things okay' and 'where do you draw the line' with something that's practically like a human, but technically not one.
Yes, it's brutal, yes, I agree it should be tagged as shota/pedo, but if you such things bother you to the point you don't find this enjoyable, just drop it. The entire premise is supposed to make you uncomfortable... so you can understand how the MC feels.
