Idk but it felt realistic for me tho, the family stuff. its understandable for me because just like they said "he's the baby of the family" he's the youngest. and also i think this was when they just started dating.. during this time he was still a student (i dont remember his age anymore) but if he was 18 or 19 when he graduated in high school, he should be round 22/23, still pretty young in the pov of older people in the house. thats why he still need permission to move out.
