With the way the LN is written im surprised the mangaka managed to simplified it and make a coherent manga out of it. I've read the novel and I could honestly say I hate the novel writing format so so badly. I'm gonna stick to the manga now.

No kidding. For this one scene the novel can write in almost 6 pov?? And then even tho it's from the first person pov we get nothing, no extra information from the MC and why he did what he do... it's just giving nothing.
