I definitely agree the part that people who read the manga are supposed to be able to differentiate fiction from life. I really enjoy this manga because of the originality and the way it is presented. Instead of judging Sangwoo's actions as being right or wrong, I tend to just enjoy seeing how the plot thickens as a beholder. That's why fiction exists in the first place, so that we can explore many themes in life without having to make it a reality.

Hmm well I think most of us that are discussing the rape are simply trying to clarify that it was indeed rape for those that claim otherwise. To say we're doing nothing for people being raped and abused in real life is quite the exaggeration, don't you think? I hate to pick apart your comment but that one irked me real bad. Like you said "it's just a story".

Those people discuss about it because there are people saying that it's not rape. And not doing anything for people in real life who are raped? It's a discussion. Manga, literature works, content are meant to be analysed and discussed about. It's great to just simply stare at it and be happy about the emotions and all that. But discussions are a great way of communicating your thoughts as well. Just because people don't simply let the story make them feel like you and instead also prefer to talk about it, doesn't mean they're wrong.

Don't have to work at a center for abuse victims to have sympathy for them. Rape isn't so uncommon that hardly anyone knows someone affected by it. Maybe you don't but that doesn't apply to everyone. I've personally been raped as well as other people I know but I don't feel the need to mention my personal experience while discussing this chapter because it's a sensitive topic and we're talking about a story here. Don't be so quick to judge people.

I am not judging anyone, I am sorry if I gave off that feel; what I meant by saying "you're doing nothing" is for people who DO NOT read KS and STILL want to talk shit about it; people who scream at a fictional story but ignore real life cases that, sometimes, happen right under their noses.

I should have explained it better and made a longer comment so people wouldn't misunderstand what I wanted to say. Thanks to everyone who agreed with me in parts; you're all very polite here (I commented on another platform and seriously, I had to delete my comment because I thought soon there would be people over me with pig heads on a stick). And like someone said, this is a discussion and it's good to not agree with me too because we can then talk and come to a resolution.
Let's all talk more in the future.
