Yes they are unrelated step siblings and the tension is through the roof. It's sexy and angsty and there's a second lead too. It should be considered trash but I love a crash and burn so this plot had me. The art is quite gorgeous. 4.5/5
I love isekai and the other period pieces, be it in an eastern setting or western, but these days I find everthing to be cookie cutter: same plot same art.
