Hahahaha..i know i'm not the only one who noticed but now that I got a clear name of the stepmother, it's all coming to me.. hahaha

I'm guessing (but based off on the names)
Princess Charlotte = Sherlock Holmes
Jonthan "John" Watson = Dr. John Watson
Duke Adler = Irene Adler
Duchess Mariarty + Grand Duke James Killian = James Moriarty
This two could explain why they are 2 separate persona of James Moriarty; one wanted chaos and to topple world order while the other in his pursuit and obessession over winning against Sherlock Holmes.

Also at this point, I think the maid who serves Princess Charlotte could be Mrs Hudson the landlady who takes care of Sherlock and John in 221B Baker Street..
