Well i see a lot of controversy in the comments. I do enjoy to read these sort of stories, but am aware this is fiction.
So lets see, i don't agree with the "OMG so cute" nor the "this is ABUSE". Because it is simply fiction, overreaction is unnecessary. It is made to stir up emotions and the stories that give you mixed feelings are the ones i personally prefer.. I'm glad this isn't a taboo and can be told in different prisms.
As long as people are aware that these kind of situations in real life are to run from, and if anything similar to this happens, it IS abuse.

We as viewers have to realize that it's a work of fiction and appreciate the work and thought that the author went through to write such a dramatic and emotional story.

This manga isn't about incest and i wasn't referring to incest. Maybe you're talking about the thing with his brother. But I can also cast that as fiction, yes. It's a good thing there is no censure, all topics should be allowed to be talked about even if controversial, even if you don't agree with them.
