anyways, i’m glad that suhyeok’s feelings got through in the end. i’m pretty sure seunghee is reluctant to let him go too, not when he was so sincere in loving him. it’s heartbreaking that seunghee needs to be shown love in an expressive manner since he was so hurt before he couldn’t see and trust love that is obscured, and you can also see that he is willing to reciprocate the love given when he finds out it’s genuine and real. attaboy suhyeok!
suhyeok is just so sweet and cute, from the way he fell in love and fight to keep that love with seunghee to the point he’s doing everything for it, even the things he hate. we couldn’t see it much before, but he was revealed to be such a sincere and loving boyfriend as we read from his pov (a brilliant storytelling on the author’s part) and that makes him one of the best characters in this manhwa for me. being a romantic with the biggest heart makes him the perfect match for seunghee and definitely the best boy for me.

tasuku is still one of the most beautiful protagonists i’ve ever seen, so fitting for this beautiful masterpiece of a manga. i love him, thank you for creating him sensei. thank you for creating shimanami tasogare. it changed my life for the better, and filled me with hope and love and everything that is good. i still remember crying when the main story ended. it was a beautiful, magical experience.

i got goosebumps all over as i read the ending. i was here since the beginning and although i took quite a few long breaks from reading i’m glad i got to follow it till the end. the author was a master in their craft of both art and storytelling. the ending was brilliant that i almost shed a tear, and my favorite parts have to be from the time jiwon and dong-gyun finally getting together up till the end, although i do appreciate the manhwa as a whole. i had forgotten some bits here and there and it was a lil rough for some of the parts but overall, it was an incredible journey. looking forward for more masterpieces from the author! <3

Whew. i’m not hating on sam but he Infuriates me, to put it simply. he spent years being so dense and unable to identify his obsessive and possessive feelings towards henry as love. he says yes to everything and agreed to marry a woman he has no feelings for in the first place, despite the fact that marriage is not the same as a regular relationship, bcs it symbolizes a lifetime promise that you are to spend your life with your partner (i know divorce is a thing and you fall out of love but how can you marry a girl you have no feelings for if you don’t have the mindset to marry at all?) and then he dropped this shit like a bomb. he never made a move or act this clingy until henry found himself a boyfriend and mentioned abt his first love. idk if i’m reading his character wrong that he just have no interest in things other than henry in the first place or the author is just being super indecisive and inconsistent in writing his character but i’m not really impressed abt the prospect of him x henry. yet. i’m not pushing for seth x henry either even though i LOVE seth but if sam x henry happens (which is highly probable), i don’t want the author throwing seth in the mix just as a mere plot device for sam and henry to sort their shit out. i want compensation in the form of seth having his own story and happy ending (IF sam x henry were to happen anyways) bcs i refuse to see my boy reduced to a tool for some ppl to finally get together after YEARS of pining like fools. thank you *crawls away*

okay so i think the author deleted their twitter? but i managed to translate one of their latest tweets before deletion and apparently as of chapter 110, they said this manhwa is ending in 10 more chapters. (my korean ain't that good so take it with a grain of salt). OH NO. i hope that amount is adequate for all characters to finally get their closure and find their own happiness. i want more fluff! aaaaa i'm gonna miss this manhwa so much when it ends but for now let us all enjoy this while we can :)
