We all know the MC is going to end up with Seo-in. But from a couple of chapters it is implying that the Hyung is a potential rival. Personally, I don't think he is a true love interest though, in think he's just in the story to make Seo-in jealous.

I read one comment tt that they’re convinced that Guwon is a zombie and I’m starting to believe it too. Maybe he was a zombie but someone experimented him, turning him into a human again. Maybe that’s why he have stitches on his neck and he don’t remember anything. Maybe to prevent him into being a zombie or turning into a zombie, he need to eat human flesh. Maybe that’s why he was throwing up in this chapter.
