I just don't know what you are even supposed to take away from stories like this.
I'm not excusing how rape is often used as plot device in manga. Be it shoujo, seinen, or yaoi, it comes pretty often. But creators usually at least try to explain it and they usually try to make you like all of the main characters. Almost no one dislikes Maya or Usagi, for example. But with stuff like this, how does the story even move? What even is the point?
Like, if you want it to be about a psycho thriller then so be it. If you want to make a tragedy then do that. If you want it be pwp then do that. But you cannot just take a line from all of the different edgy plots and genres then call it a day.
And if you gonna include stuff like this then at least make your characters act somewhat in line with it? Like, this guy raped a dude, who had never done anal before, dry and raw. This was after he strong armed him into submission and tied his hands up. And the next day, "Oh, my back hurts." Like......????????
Yes and the pb is that it isn't even a hentai it's like a forced webtoon idk how to explain that

I just don't really get why she lied about her knowledge and skills. It just seems counterproductive to me. By virtue of existing, she stands out. And on to that her lack of magic and everyone would of course pay attention to a girl who is at the highest level of education in the world they live in but has no apparent special skills. Like, to me, it just would have come across better to outright exceed others so then they would say, "How can a girl be this smart!"
And then, I'm worried that anybody who looks into her actual origins will find out anyway. Then, even if she's found to be smart, she get made into a huge liar. And she hasn't even told Freesia. That's someone who she wants to befriend and she could definitely find out.
I agree but the other students are just sexist. if they saw that someone else, who is supposed to be inferior than them, is doing much much better than them, then they might start bullying them ( just like Sanghee was pushed by others or attacked by William and his friend for placing first or accused of cheating). the world isn't so fair. she just wanted to avoid others' eyes and stay out of trouble. it is commendable that you would think like that. but others might not.
and freesia is also the daughter of the emperor. there might have been circumstances where the emperor sent freesia as a spy to earn sanghee's trust to like kidnap her or something and freesia would have done that just to get his father's recognition. (which thankfully is not the case).
1) I'd just like to say that Siwon comes across better in the original Korean. He's not a jerk, he just stiff and really in secure.
He says it himself. He's short, not popular, and his "technique" is bad. He knows that he's not exactly a good catch. He's always been really aware that him and Yoonsung were opposites. And on top of that, Yoonsung is really a too good to be true boyfriend. Yoonsung is older, taller, better looking, experienced,and he's successful. On top of all that, he's head over heels for Siwon. So much so that he even chooses projects that Siwon likes for work.
It's not that Siwon doesn't want to hear Yoonsung out and it's not like he doesn't love him. He just thinks it's all too good to be true. He's afraid to talk to Yoonsung because, in his eyes there's only two ways things can go. Either Yoonsung outright admits to cheating on him or Yoonsung lies about cheating on him. It's stupid but he can't even imagine anything else and he won't let himself.
More than annoying, I find it sad because he really could just lay back and let himself be showered with love. Instead, he's jumping through hoops to hurt himself.
His dad sucks. Like, what did he do for his son to help him? Because looks like he gave him free range of a credit card and left it at that. What happened to therapy? And, knowing that his son went through what he went through, he should never have agreed to let him live in the second apartment.
I know it's just a quick little story but it's just like, they could have done things a little differently.
There's something about how the whole story flows that just... lacks. Even with the main conflict. It just kind of seemed incorrect? There were just a lot of elements and they never really came together well.
She gets points for keeping it up this long, I guess. Still, seems kind of pointless at this point though. Like, the person you are mad at is dead. And if you think about it, the ghost must have failed a lot for the bloodline to have come as far as it has.

This story has the worst god.
I mean, just look at the facts. They lost one child in a whole different world and it took them 15 years to find them. They created a whole other person's life just be a stand in for said lost child. Then they just plucked the lost child out of their old world and into the new one. They gave home girl a name of god and reset time a few years. Didn't give her special power or anything.
Dear i will never call that bitch a "God" because for all i know a God is someone who looks after his creation no matter what his mistakes is. He never let a child go through the same pain as Tia. Yes God will sometimes hit us with Chaos but its only right to do so. Cause the chaos is called judgement from all our actions. And this Vita bitch right in this story aint no God. She is no God. Never even give her the title of God.
Giving power might be a restriction. But I agree with the 15 year part. I'm like tf, so u couldn't locate her for 15 years and when u finally do u destroy her life and another girls.... Like, everyone else can be more suited to be god than her
