I'm glad that he finally said what needed to be said.
You don't get to treat someone like trash, sexually use and abuse them, then dump all of your emotional baggage on them when they tell you they are done.
And for me, the worst thing about Yahwi is that he really hasn't done anything for Jooin outside of the sheets nor has he really tried. Like, what happened to begging? What happened to working for forgiveness? What happened to heartfelt gifts? What happened to standing up for him in public? Can we really say that Yahwi has even done anything to try and win Jooin over?
All I ask for, is that they give me literally any reason to like Yahwi besides the fact that that he looks good. Cain has a whole personality and so does Jooin. Yahwi? He's rich and clearly, the sex was good but what kind of person is he? Why would someone love him? Give me the answers!
There are plenty of rich, stoic characters with personalities. It just really bothers me that at this point, mid season two, he's still kind of a non-character.
If Alex was really thinking about how Cole would feel about this whole thing then he would have known that Cole would react badly too it. The fact that Cole literally fainted when he asked should have been the end of the conversation imo.
Like, when you have a decision that you want to make that you partner is so strongly against, you have two options. Do what you want and leave or do what they want and stay. But you really can't do both.
I would still call this a case of parents not doing their job well enough. It seems clear to me that they knew she how she was but they still didn't really explain to her what her place in the world was. It did not matter who the duke ended up with because it was NEVER going to be Aubrey. Furthermore, if they had explained to her how close she was to death then maybe things wouldn't have ended like this. She wasn't immature. She was daydreaming and no one woke her up.
Her mom shouldn't have even let be a lady in waiting. She knew it was a bad idea and she let it escalate several times. A shame for the rest of the family though.
That's such a smart plan? I mean, usually, the MC ends up doing things pretty directly so it just adds gas to the villains fire and they keep coming at them going "REVENGE, REVENGE, REVENGE!" but this way they really had a third party connect the dots. And, the reader actually gets surprised! I mean, I know I didn't see that coming. I thought they were just gonna have a cute little sneaky date in front of her dad. And them bam!
Bravo!

How can you not understand what Juwon's issue is? Like how hard is it to say "I'm dating you because I like you."? I would have misunderstood too. I can't imagine a guy telling me we're only dating because I wanted to.
Poor Juwon must be crushed. Meanwhile Jeongmin is just standing there confused about what exactly?!
