The reason why some panels look weird is because originally there were Logos/Watermarks on the original.
I think this is why:
The translators probably did not have a proper "clean up editor/artist", so they used an AI eraser, which is a tool that tries to remove the area you selected to be "erased" and use AI to fill up the space.
As you can see it did a very poor job, making it look inconsistent and weird. This is not the Artist's fault but the translators. (ー_ー;)
