It’s kinda funny to me that I started reading this since I was a teen (5 years ago) and now I’m in the same situation as Hirano. Like, damn, being in the same spot as him—it really is difficult to know if you actually like the other person. I’m like hirano—I don’t like physical touch, I don’t know if I truly like that person in a romantic way; but i deeply care about that person. It’s been a year, and I still don’t know if I like her.. since i’m not very fond of physical contact and it’s one of her love languages. But I do know that I really like being by her side—but is this really romantic love? I don’t know!!! I’m still looking into it… haha, like, shit. Omygod i had to comment, is that you Hirano?! I am rooting for the both of you tho! I hope ppl would see this more that it is in fact a realistic experience cuz I see some people frustrated over Hirano. I think media is something to blame for making romance or relationships molded into some fixed standard appealing to the majority. Since youre not rlly asking for advice I just hope there’s more representation of love that isn’t grand gestures. Ive been in a situation where I was told by my friends the person I was with did not love because they dont do “xyz” but every relationship comes in different forms.
