FIRSTLY I would like to address that "Oh, Rosy is one of the people Ken treated as family if Agia wants Ken to love him back he should not have done that" although mostly I agree to this statement but let me point out something Ken treat them as family but do they treat Ken as their family outside of being nice since they all live in the same place?
For the fact Rosy already was informed that Ken was taken by Vercike shouldn't be a family be worried and all? Shouldn't she just formally cooperate, no other intentions or feelings or bond will connect them, just pure help to save their supposed family. if they want Ken back.
Which is why my conclusion is that Ken loved people as families but they don't see him as family. This statement goes same for Ian. He like the concept of him and Ken a family but literally sacrifices Ken's safety because he wants Ken by his side. Sleeping with a ancient vampire which you know that will hurt your family is not a family material.

If you cant accurately present a serious and stigmatised thing like DID dont put it in your work, this is a psychological yet it cant actually take real psychology into account. Anybody can criticise the story and discuss or complain about issues like the rape and bad rep of mental illness. Its clear that the negative comments affected your mood, if they piss you off so bad dont read them. Of course nobody has to read this story if they dont like it but they can still comment about the fact that they dont like it. You dont have any right to police what people can or cant say, atleast not to this degree, anybody can express their opinion. DID is a very real personality disorder and misrepresenting it only stigmatises it more. Its important to talk about these topics especially the amount of sexual violence in this story to prevent people from becoming desensitised.

If an author uses rape as a plot device in which it’s not portrayed correctly in its complexity then people will not understand the complexity of rape because it’s only shown as this specific device. In yaoi instances it’s used to show the purity of the uke because they’re seen as more feminine and they end up liking the rape/sex later on despite initially saying no but this has unintended consequences on the reader who take in the information and become desensitized and do not fully understand the complexity of rape and rape victims.
And manga, anime, books etc are forms of media. And yes media can influence morality because it’s one if the top factors of socialization family, religion, and culture. In fact it’s literally the 3rd highest.
