2.We all know Lippie and Reas is endgame,but what happen to the other MLs? And What about Elpinny ,does she have a love interest?
Red headed girl is 14 apparently, according to the manga, but that doesn't seem right to me. Her brother is only 12!! I also thought she was younger than him. I'm going to go research and maybe get bk to you on this if needed.
They grew up of course. Hildert, Elphinny and Yurian are of the same age. They are 2 years older than Calliope. Lus and Hal are both 7 years older than Calliope. So based on Chapter 103, Lus and Hal should be 19 years old now.

There is a time skip of 4 years (I think?) It wasn't obvious but otherwise the manga wouldn't have explicitly stated their current age in the latest chapter. It was mentioned that Holder was 8yrs old before and now he's 12.

I think there's a mistake in translation with Hildert's age. He was older than Calliope when they first met. He can't be at the same age as Calliope now. Same with Brother Hal. It was stated that he was 7 years older than Calliope so he can't be 18 when Calliope is 12 right now.
No I think it's correct if you take account of their unknown birthdays.
If he wasn't 18 then eliphinny would be 8 instead of 14 so they said 6 years after atleast i think they meant it i calculated and it's not 4
