I absolutely love Shou and the whole plot thing but it just breaks my heart so much seeing Shou get broken down by the seme like at some point I really want the seme to be somehow controlled by Shou cause GDI SHOU IS A GOD DAMN SWEET HEART.

Kazunori pisses me off as well. He says he can’t imagine the seme being gay so he assumes that he’s playing around byt then proceeds to call Shou gay and that he didn’t expect that. This piece of shit decides to assume that Shou’s gay just because he was playing around with the seme like wuut?? Do you hate him so much to the point that everything he does is weird and that you don’t want to get along with him?? I DONT EVEN THINK that the seme needs to do something so that Kazunari hates Shou cause this dick just hates him for everything he does. Idfk.

The uke is such an idiot, he didn’t need to apologize and he gave up so easily, he just made kouichi turn more into a bad guy by letting him do those things to him. Like if he really wanted the other you he should’ve just told Kouichi to go suck some other dick and to get it through his mind that they’re over but no all he did was “Awe shit motherfucker I love the other guy but I got raped by my ex so I’ll stay with him” no one in their right mind would stay with a rapist even if you think your lover won’t love you anymore. Heck he didn’t even try talking to him about it. BUT this doesn’t mean that the Seme was faultless. If this dick just told him 3mnths prior that he was planning on getting married and that he won’t keep in touch with him for 3 months then maybe they could’ve talked it out but apparently conversations don’t exist in their long term relationship. How the fuck did they even last. Holy shit.

The only abuser manga that I could really forgive was Hayashida from Ogeretsu(?) Tanaka because it wasn’t really his fault that he became abusive and he was reasonable when he said the same line as kouichi because his partner had no plans on leaving him even though he was getting abused while kouichi in the other hand was just a delusional asshole who just realised late that he was actually giving pain to his “loved” one so now he’s acting like a victim to turning into the abuser(? If that makes sense)

This is my opinion. I don’t intend to be rude or offensive to anyone

I'm sure you don't intend to but it is offensive for mentally abused people like Mitsuru. I agree, Mitsuru's an idiot but I thought only when he got into a relationship while still not over about Kouichi, from that point on, he cannot make proper decisions that lead him to this kind of mental breakdown. Staying with Kouichi and never talking it out is simply him giving up and hoping that being with him would complete and fix Kouichi. Just like....YUMI. Talking things over are only for people who are still mentally stable and you are right, if they are stable, they wouldn't stay with their rapist. But at that point, out characters are already mentally fucked.

Also, that apology was because Mitsuru was blaming himself for turning Kouichi violent because Kouichi wasn't like that before up until he rejected Kouichi, after his marriage. Thinking staying with him would atone for that sin. Mitsuru was apologizing for not being able to complete/fix Kouichi, fixing is loving Kouichi completely, which he couldn't anymore. Sounds stupid but that's how abuse and mental instability does to people.

Backing you up, it is haw abuse works. Did you not listen to the words and way he spoke to Mitsuru? training him and forcing him to agree? And as this latest ch. proved, he KNEW better. He knew Mitsuru was stressed, not smiling, thinking of someone else, hurt, etc. And don't think I missed him going through his phone (control/fear tactic) or him asking if he wanted the cigarette again (shame/belittling his pain)

In the end it doesn't matter if Mitsuru was an idiot or weak. That doesn't ever give the right to do those things.

I figured that it would’ve been offensive to mentally abused people but I have never intended to put all mentally abused in one character such as the uke. As someone who has never been mentally abused I can’t say what other mentally abused people should be like and what they’re like. I didn’t intend to say out that Kouichi did nothing wrong because I absolutely hate him, but he’s also pretty unstable, but still he did this to himself so I don’t think he should get any pity.

I just found it annoying how this abusing thing was used in the story cause I didn’t end up feeling sorry for any of the characters other than the bartender who didn’t even got the chance to talk about Mitsuru and his relationship.

The things is this is the typical course of action for people who are abused so even if you don't intend to, you are including everyone else. And the annoyance roots from these characters not having resolve and making stupid decisions, one after another. But Kouichi is obsessed, he doesn't love Mitsuru though he thinks he does, thus he will never make sound decisions. Mitsuru, because he never allowed himself to recuperate from the break up and fed his dependence on other people more by being with Shougo, he never had the resolve to protect himself, making decisions that will never benefit anyone.

I was never abused the way these characters have, let alone be in a relationship (I'll be an old maid lol) but it isn't an excuse to not emphatize to the state of mind these characters present. Reading more about mental abuse helps educate yourself how grave the effects are. Logic fails these people. I see you're seeing things in a logical perspective but once you see that logic will not work on obsession and codependency, you may understand the characters more, emphatize on them even but not saying you'll end up condoning their actions.

Also, Shougo isn't completely innocent, imo. He knows how Mitsuru is head over heels on Kouichi and he knew how long they were together yet he insisted on the relationship. He could've offered himself as a friend until Mitsuru can stand on his own. Shougo only fed Mitsuru's codependency. His intentions were pure but the result was not favorable.

On he knew better: oh boy. There was no empathy. It was objective and self-centered. He kept analyzing while still be able to pour scalding tea onto someone. Meaning he wasn't having a fit while he did those things to Mitsuru, which pissed me off more but I'm trying to be objective and understanding that Kouichi has a case of obsession and probably has some signs of being a sociopath.

I agree with Shougo not being completely innocent. Mitsuru was feeling better when he was in a relationship with him but he should’ve been the friend to help him get back on his feet after his breakup rather than insisting on a relationship.

I’m really looking forward to when Mr. Jaehyun finds out who he is (▰˘◡˘▰)
