It's actually not the epilogue. It's just another chapter that shows what happened before she time traveled. It's more of the epilogue of the her "previous life" (the life before she went back in time)

There's not really any official trans. Whoever have raws and can translate, pick up the manhwa and upload. This one had been dropped few times and get picked up by someone else. The raw is at chap 36 rn. Some Yaoi sites have translated version of this as well but farther than this current chap. It just depends on yaoi sites and its translators.
Like I said, the translator in Lenzhin probably dropped this one so it's stagnant at chap 11.
