If you actually and genuinely think it’s okay to keep going when your partner keeps telling you “no” and “stop”, tries to pushes you away (while being tied by you without his/her consent) and yet you keep going, you’re not a very good partner. Just because you’re in a relationship, it doesn’t give you the slightest right to do whatever you want even tho your partner tells you to stop. But the definition of rape, it is in fact rape, it doesn’t matter if the person is a partner.
Lastly, be careful who you call “immature” or “unaware”. Just because you don’t respect your partner’s wishes, doesn’t mean others don’t as well.

Excuse me but idk what relationships you've been in but it shows you've either never been in a healthy one or one at all because this relationship was toxic until the end. Now, obviously the end goal was to get them together but the uke literally hated his guts till the end of the last few pages of the manga. I'd really like to know what relationship has someone force you to date them, force you to have sex with them over and over(the very first sex scene was straight up rape as the seme forced himself on the uke after his revenge plan backfired on him since you couldnt catch what was actually rape in this manga) and then from the other side of the relationship(the uke), only use them to fulfill their sexual urges and then ignore them and try and get a girlfriend, since we're all "immature and are unaware of what goes on in one"

I don't think I'm mixing up anything. Regardless of what they were doing together and how immature they were, the relationship they had was toxic. After he agreed to be his boyfriend, the seme used that against him to do whatever he wanted to him. And again, he only agreed because the uke wanted to use it against him first but didn't think the opposite would happen but also, no, it really wasn't fully consensual after until a certain point.
