AND THEN we see the mc with a ring on his finger. the end shows the two holding hands and we know it’s the guys cause they’re both wearing suits. the end. sorry if it was confusing

True. If a seeing person can hear the guy breathe silently, a deaf person sure as fucking hell would. Plus they'd have been able to smell blood/iron before too already.
The logic is all over the place for sure. But I suppose the author counts more on shock/horror factor (and maybe fucked up minds that enjoy this kinda scenario) to keep reading rather than go with logic and realistic reactions/human functions.
I really wish he was actually blind or partially, anyone faking something like that gives me the shivers. The fact that faking blindness can come to your mind ah!
