Just so you know sometimes there's things we cannot see behind the scene like what if the serial killer is actually working for someone with the higher rank and they guaranteed their safety? Or like the serial killer actually kill people that are worse than he is, like those people can't be captured due to insufficient evidence or someone behind the scenes is actually protecting the.So they get rid of them secretly using the serial killer. I wish they were ones like this guys who kills other killers. There is a serial killer who kidnapped girls btw the age of 16 to 25 at night, decapitated them, and raped their dead bodies before throwing them down or burying them near cliffs. He did this over 25-30 years to over 50 and his first kill was when he was 13-15!! And obviously all of these are only ones that were found and ones he confessed to doing. And no death sentence. He's still alive. Can u imagine?
