This story is a breath of fresh air seeing how many manhwas nowadays can't seem to have a storyline that is not toxic/ with a toxic ML.
Seems like every deep conversation gets interrupted by a very physical 'discussion'. At this point, MC might as well start writing his speeches on the ML's back—since that's where his hands end up anyways.

It's the way little Etienne was trying to protect others by being mean to them so they wouldn't get close to him and get killed by the empress. The way he was already thinking like that at his young age is absolutely heartbreaking
It's impressive how the queen turned being a parent into an extreme sport of emotional neglect. And don't think I forgot that mf of a king. MF is so absent, someone needs to give him a map and a compass to find his way back into Etienne's life.
