Before the epilogue when the main story ended it said he got famous because he created a potion that cured the red curse...it just doesn't show it lol so yes we can assume he save his grandparents but i do wish we got to see that

"she came here because she was abused so please understand" so another child must just get severely abused just because the bully was also abused. I absolutely hate this kind of logic especially from an adult to a child. Do your job as a caregiver and protect the children, if one child can not live peacefully with others then do something about that child! Don't expect other children to just suffer and be understanding. All the adults in this story disgust me, I hope the mother isn't too bad but I have a feeling that the brother might need a kidney or something why else would they come back for her after all these years.
