it’s obvious nanjo is into mokyeon and he’s either in denial or not aware of it himself.
he’s the rational type, so he doesn’t overthink because the things he can’t control are not worth worrying over. and only when he does things out of the usual is when we notice that he’s interested in mokyeon. because a rational guy like him wouldn’t go out of his way simply because of a “deal”.

this whole chapter is a rollercoaster ride…. mc is batshit crazy and i don’t know if the author’s intention is to keep him that way til the end (aka messed up ending but he gets what he wants) or if they plan on making him become normal at one point (which seems…. almost impossible or at least hard to imagine)

interesting how the author is playing this out… whenever asahi is with kouya she second guesses herself because of tatsuo (insecurity in disguise as loyalty) and not because she doesn’t feel like it. meanwhile, tatsuo acts based on his own feelings rather than thinking about how asahi would feel about it (selfishness in disguise as independence).
i love how mokyeon’s feelings intensify after each chapter goes by. he goes from curious to obsessed and that yearning, that pain is palpable and i like that. of course it is toxic, of course it is fucked up, but i like that because the author is not excusing their actions but rather exposing them by showing his pov.
