Yes there are multiple celestial empires. MC's was White Celestial but he corrupted them to become stronger Dark Celestials. (Not so accurate in the name, BTW)
MC transformed everyone except himself since he was a player before and in-game items doesn't affect him outside the game. Most of the population has a black wing and a white wing, like Luhak's before absorbing MC's physical changes.
Thanks for explaining!!! the characters (esp when the male servant was explaining to mc abt what touching wings means for dark celestials)usually talk abt dark celestials as if they arent one themselves so that threw me off (tho maybe thats a part of the overarching theme since they never were dark celstials until mc did what he did)
