In my country, my grades don't speak about myself but my family as well. My parents don't force me to get the highest grades, but everyone around me cares about it. My relatives, my grandparents, my neighbours, my friends. Children with bad grades tend to have a tougher time with their teachers. Other parents won't want their children to hang out with them as well. Relatives, neighbours will talk badly about your mom and dad like they don't know how to raise their child, not a good parents and will think of you badly.
My heart literally dropped as I read your comment. The amount of pressure that must place on a child as they grow is ridiculous, it's, well, just not right no matter how you look at it. I'm surprised that kids in your country don't have ulcers or some other horrid digestive disorder due to the pressure. To be demeaned or even shunned because of your grades won't produce better adults, but it will produce introverted and bitter ones. I can't imagine what it must be like to have the type of person you are (to others) being determined by your frickin test scores. If I thought the love and or friendship I received from others would fluctuate based on my grades, my faith in human nature, not to mention trust would be shot to hell. I'm glad that you said your parents don't force you to get the highest grades, but others giving you a tough time or turning their backs if you don't score high makes my heart hurt. It's even worse in Korea, so at least from my belated friend. I knew him from university, he got a B in one course and unfortunately chose to end his life due to distress

This story was created 16 years ago.... and .... still no character development. I mean I'm glad that in the manga, the time doesn't pass as fast as in real life. Otherwise, senpai and Morinaga would be old enough to have grandkids already ╮(￣▽￣)╭. But seriously, no wonder why people are losing their patience for this series

So ... I have not read this webtoon from the beginning, I just read the last 10 chapters. While Alex seems like a good guy in the last 8 chapters, in these newest update, he seems so manipulative and creepy to me. Why do people love him so much ? And go out of their ways to hate on the fake dude. I mean....what I understand from this new update, Alex manipulated Ivan to stay with him right ? By saying no one loves Ivan, stay with him, just listen to him. So he wants to control Ivan like a puppet? But people can look over that one, while hating on the fake dude.
Don't get me wrong, the fake dude is bad, like he definitely helped whatever the plan is going on. But all he did was flirting with Alex and sending the videos. Alex treated him like trash. I know that he WILL do bad shits, but man, he was treated rough. Thank God that he is a bad dude, so we can just say Alex knows that guy is bad so he "deserves" it. If the fake dude is just a normal horny boy, who wants to go for hot guy, he really doesn't deserves that treatmen
Alex was never a good guy from the beginning until now although he is somewhat veering towards that path specfically when Hen is involved. But to others, he has always been a sadist. I reckon you take your time to read it from the start. There are quite a lot of hilarious scenes that will keep you entertained.
Like this is a manga and it is a comedy. I get it. But is there a moment you think in your head : this guy is so unethical? I can't help but thinking abt it while reading this ...
