After Zhenya and Taekjoo’s relationship is stabilized and aren’t trying to kill each other anymore.
Taekjoo needed to go on a mission overseas and tells Zhenya this so the next day Zhenya doesn’t make contact with taekjoo. Taekjoo thinks this is weird because Zhenya is clingy and never leaves him alone anyways the mission day comes taekjoo gets to the airport only to get escorted by some guys somewhere and that somewhere is to a private plane which is with Zhenya and he hands taekjoo an envelope with all the information taekjoo needed to extract on his mission. Zhenya did all this so he could spend time with taekjoo.
Also when Taekjoo took on a mission in Las Vegas and went undercover as another man named Philip who worked as a dealer to get information on a Chinese lady but guess what Zhenya finds him and messes with him and knows that it’s him undercover.

The reason? For the official chapters.
In the past there was kind of an mutual agreement between scanlation teams that they would stop when an official english translation is announced /released.
And I guess it helps to separate the fan translation from the official one.
And if you check the old fan translation of KML and here were also a few chapters in the beginning which had very poor quality... .
But the bot? already uploaded a fan translation of chapter 15 and 16 here.
