now that the black/white shirt is being brought up, i went to reread chapter 1 and the "hayul" who's been saying he loves her(although it was still in a weird obsessive way)/was being nice to her always wore a black shirt. while the hayul who told her to play dollhouse/being violent/threatened her with the necklace wore white.....

god his ex is just straight up a narcissist. up until the very end, she's still as self-serving and self-centered, only ever thinking of her own interests and never hyundo's feelings. her trying to get back with hyundo might as well just be for her own ego, not that she actually loves him. i hope she doesnt appear again cos she genuinely pisses me off

its probably because of ML's actions in the previous chapters but even him blushing now doesnt move me at all cos my brain just immediately goes "is he messing with her again?" instead of believing he's actually being real this time

i feel like im the only one with a complaint here for now. like dont get me wrong, i like the concept and premise. and the art is gorgeous. but the execution of the story is so... lacking. i feel like everything was rushed and we were speeding through the events of the plot that i could barely connect with the characters. its a shame though cos i really do like the artstyle and the concept had potential to be a good story.
