This is such a complicated situation.. He sees Hyunbeom as someone to protect rather than be helped by, and now the friend probably knows. And I'm unsure what he'll do with this information, if keep it to himself to also protect Hyunbeom or say it all because Taehyun NEEDS help

Juheon reacts a bit much to Dohun to be having "amnesia". It's subtle reactions, but they're there.
I think he's just putting on a face because he got so used with doing that around others that after 4 years he doesn't know if he can drop the act even around him. Iirc he was always acting like a good affable person, even before meeting Dohun. And since they did break up on a real sour note, and now have to work together, it's gonna be complicated if feelings get in the way.
But Juheon didn't back away when Dohun zoomed on his face. He didn't even look uncomfortable.
