It's exactly my fear. When I started to read the chapter, I thought "Oh no! I hope Kurose isn't using Shirotani, like he was a substitute of Nishigaki."
I really hope it's not that, even if Kurose confessed he liked Shirotani because of his mysophobia. I don't know what is in Rihito Takarai's mind but I would be disappointed if her plot was twisted like that.
I just hope she's telling us Kurose's past to let us understand why he was attracted to Shirotani's disease in the first place, and after that showing us that he really loves Shirotani because of who Shirotani is (and not just a substitute).

Yes. I hope it'll be clearer in the next chapter, and not at all what we're thinking now with what we just saw about Kurose's past...
But really, I can't believe Rihito Takarai would do that to her so popular series. I think it would destroy it for a lot of readers who would be too disappointed. And she must know (and her publishers too) that it's not what we want to see in 10 count (or others stories).
