I can't really tell you which scenes because there are a lot of them that got cut out, but the important scenes isn't cut. It's just that the cut out make the scenes jump from one event to another without a proper logic. Basically the cut out parts are just telling you why this and that event happened. Sorry if this is confusing, English isn't my first language.
