I don't think that's necessarily the case. They probably have a preference for the more feminine males, rather than what you're stating. I knew a guy who looked very feminine and was extremely gay.... His partner wasn't interested in "shotácons"..... They liked they femaine twist their partner gave off... Which aligned more with their kinks and fetishes, verses the taboo.
