Actually toonkoor has caught up with lezhin's release,probably the announcess of the author's breaks were taken as chapters as per usual on that site. The author has said in an interview that she still is in the middle of the series,so we have a good one more year for the manhwa to finish...
Plus we still dont know seungho's backstory and what will happen to the assassin as well as the teacher who is thinking of using namkyum as a tool as he said to himself before leaving the mansion

I don't think so ...toonkor is update in the same as mangago. But It count the hiatus like a chapter . So if a Webtoon has 10 chapters and 1 hiatus , toonkor says "11 chapters". I won't be surprised if the 3 chapters left were these hiatus
