The art got better but he looks even younger now imo, + I donāt understand why ray suddenly likes the emperor (forgot his name) after all heās went thru, and Iām confused why Christian even started liking Ray in the first place. To me, it was a little sudden.
Also, it seems like Ray had made it clear that heās loyal to Strahss, his home, but I donāt sense any want, or ambition, to reclaim his throne taken by his brother. Likeā¦ thatās what I want from this story. For him to get revenge on whoever killed him, and return to being emperor. Youād think that heād mention wanting to be emperor again more. Youād think heād be more angry and restless abt returning.
Ugh and he gave up escaping for his new parents but this sotry didnāt do well in establishing why he loved his new parents much. We barely saw them in the beginning.
Omg and I just got reminded that we basically know nothing about the emperor guy. We know nothing abt his past, or why he even loves Ray/levonoad. We figured out that he admired him since the beginning, but thatās it? No other past encounter that would be more significant? Why he even hates his son that much?? Honestly I donāt blame the empress or son that much.
Whatever, im thinking too deep.

just want to clarify or maybe tell u something but it's already stated that actually Christian said he and the emperor are drawn by Ray from the first time they met in the past and couldn't forgot abt him until now, and in chapter 21 or 22 i forgot there are so many signs that Christian is care and attracted to Ray, even Dunpil was warned him abt that. and he is the only knight that got flashback abt the moment they met ray for the first time along with jiskar, its a sign hes really cant forget ray and drawn to him so much just like jiskar the emperor. sorry for suddenly replying this to you, I just reread and noticed all of that lol
Thatās fair, honestly. I do recall him also meeting Levenoad in the past. Itās just weird that he kinda fell in love w him the same way the emperor did. Idk I agree with ur comment tho

I honestly liked the story but uncoiling help but be disappointed on how the author handled Dolph. It honestly seemed like what happened to him was just brushed off. Haroldās āpunishmentā, or how his ending was, was just soā¦ half-assed. This guy deserves to suffer. Even though he didnāt have a career anymore, or Hanyulās love, it seemed that he was living pretty comfortably, highly contrasting with Dolphās situation. Man is still in the fricking coma. On another note, Hanyul ended up getting his revenge, butttt with Harold still healthy mostly, it was kinda disappointing. Hanyul was too kind to him that it ended up coming off as if he didnāt care that this man quite literally almost-pretty-much-did kill his bestie.
Off my of my own personal tastes tho, I loved how everyone adored Hanyul, idk why. Itās my type of shit. Plus the cuteness and art style.
So on my own personal preferences: 4/5

ok iām not 100% sure, but i heard that it was for the mc to kill herself.. which makes sense considering the guy friendās reaction. i assume(stress, assume) that sheāll do her best to follow her momās plan, and just as sheās abt to epically fulfill her momās expectations, sheāll snatch it away by committing suicide. a tragic revenge that ends in her own demise.
