I feel like they shortened some of the insights from the novel. It is a bit out of place there as well but it's more comprehensible because the written text is more detailed/insightful.
yeah I reread this part in the novel and it's definitely less intense. Khalid hugged him, touched his back, and ear but that's it. A good chunk was about background information about what was expected of alphas and omegas. It was a little less sexual and more teasing/intimidating our dear Renato.
Yeah. And I also felt like Khalid wasn't behaving like himself... The whole scene felt weird. (〜￣△￣)〜
