All I remember is this one scene where he is saying that the real I like you's he keeps on saying to his friend is buried among all the fake ones, and it will never see the light of day

I think the manga is about a boy falling for his friend and to hide his like to him, he keeps on joking and saying I like you to his friend, not really sure pls help
