I feel like her magic might be important in the future for Coal. This reminds me of Fruit Basket, where in the end, the girl doesn’t end up with the “prince” like character, but the character who may be kind of bratty, but soft on the inside.... Victor/Coal is also very likable. BUT I can tel poor Dawn is gonna snap seeing her friend being bullied again. It’s gonna bring back the times she’s would fight to defend her when she couldn’t walk.
