In the manga it said 1day in heaven is 1year on earth but what I understand from this manga; while the peach fell from heaven it was filled with celestial essence which filled the seed inside. The seed transformed into an embryo, then it kept growing into a baby while it fell through the crack of space and time down to earth. That could also mean he ages differently. But yes we must protect any underage peach lol
