Edit: So I was so uncomfy bout this and research their age and apparently Eunha is 26 years old. Kyunghyun is still 35 years old in the manhwa. That was a mistake on the translations team’s part; they mentioned it in the comments because someone had also pointed it out.
IIRC, he calls her kid because well...they do have a big age gap. They’re 9 years apart. Plus, they had already met when she was 16-18(?).

The art was really good and unique at the start but after chapter 10,the art completely downgraded so badly,like the author dont give a fuck anymore and just mindlessly draw. Just compare chapter 1 art to chapter 37,the difference big yikes. Major turn off and the plot also downgraded. Wouldnt recommend tbh.
