in the end, sangwoo got hospitalized from the explosion when he fought the cop, seungbae. eventually bum decides to visit sangwoo in the hospital so he can give him a ring, but instead, he gets informed that sangwoo had already died 2 days earlier because an old lady heard sangwoo calling bum's name out every night in the hospital bed and she thought it was annoying so she suffocated him with a pillow. so bum gets depressed, and he starts having hallucinations of sangwoo and begins following his hallucination, until the story ends with him following it across the crosswalk while the light is red. a lot of people think bum died, and that basically fulfills sangwoo and bum's promise: dying together (i don't remember what chapter it was, but bum promised to sangwoo that he will die when he dies). i hope this answered ur question

it was cute, though!!! i just felt overfed with genres like too much was mixed in...? first it was lighthearted, then went dark, then went comedy-ish?, then went into drama, and then nearly became a tragedy, and idk anymore.... it was kinda messy, but it wasnt that awful so it's okay i guess
it made me want omurice at 3:58am tho
it was rather disappointing for me... i mean i get that both of them are kinda possessive towards each other, but i guess the rape was unnecessary??? i was expecting a heavier plot or psychological twist to it but i guess that was that... i felt kinda forced and empty...
i mean dont get me wrong a lot of yaoi manga ive read have rape tags (THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO MY VIEWS ABT REALITY OK RAPE IS NOT GOOD IN REAL LIFE THIS IS ABOUT FICTIONAL WORKS) but this one did not have the dark substance that rape was supposed to convey or the smutty feel of the rapey scenes idk it's hard to explain...
I know exactly what you mean...I just finished reading and am also feeling incredibly disappointed. it started off good, but went downhill fast. this story had a lot of potential to be cute but just developed badly. I've also seen a lot of rape in yaoi (I never look at the tags tho lol) but somehow the rape in this story just got to me :(
My thoughts exactly. It was as if they were trying to push the narrative that the seme was sadistic but it felt forced he had no backing to become that way except that he was rejected by the dude. Also by adding the rape was pretty cheap this could have been a pretty good story but the way that they used the rape just turned me off. (I have also read stories that have rape that I have loved its just the specific way that it is used that captures me.)
