I’ve kind of just accepted that this is the genre. They’ll eventually make up and be “stronger than ever” But also, it’s not going to be a smooth reunification and no one deserves that kind of stress while watching their loved one die.

Of course. I’ve accepted that too and I am partial to the notion that it would be best if granny did kick the bucket before Jaehyuk wnd Dan reconcile, but again it really just gets a little frustrating to see Kim Dan get possibly manipulated again—unless Mingwa changed their mind, but we wouldn’t know until the next few chapters get uploaded. Like a huge chunk of me already knows that the possibility of granny dying is higher than her surviving since she has no hair in the latest chapter anymore.
Yeah. I’m of two minds because granny really liked JK and it would be a peaceful death to see them together happily before dying so that she knows he’s no longer alone. However, JK is still an ass and there’s no way he immediately becomes a good guy when he finds him.
All this to say, I really just want Dan to be happy.
